How toxins enter our body?

Acidic juices like canned orange juice, soft drinks, tomato juice, and pineapple juice stored in lead glazed cans may cause lead poisoning. Lead is a neurotoxin that affects learning capacity in children.

MSG (Mono Sodium Glutamate) is another remarkably potent neurotoxin. It has the capacity to cause swelling of the nerves only after 90 seconds of contact in laboratory cell cultures. It is believed to be responsible for the “Chinese Restaurant Syndrome” in which those who are sensitive to MSG experience headache, unhealthy and sometimes the trait of lacking enthusiasm in the extremities after eating a Chinese meal.

A few feels highly uncomfortable after consuming MSG whereas it does not affect others. But in my opinion, MSG is an unnecessary addition to food and is not worth even the slightest risk.

Caffeine is another ingredient common in soft drinks. Children, and adults too, consuming caffeine may experience hyperactivity, learning disability, concentration problems and mood swings.

And what about the sugar! Excessive sugar consumption is linked with obesity, attention deficit disorder, hyperactivity and degenerative diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease etc.

Children tend to eat mainly those foods advertised on television. Interestingly, nearly all the models in these commercials are thin. The message that children get while watching fast food ads is that such foods will not affect your weight. This attitude can get them addicted to fast foods and that is when the real problem begins.

Consuming these foods once in a while is acceptable if they are otherwise eating a healthy balanced diet. But when it becomes an addiction, it may lead to deficiencies, ironically resulting from being overfed.

Health is our most precious commodity and there is no doubt about it. As parents, one of the most important gifts you can give your child is a wise way of eating. It will play a vital role as good eating habits will help all his faculties to develop better and you as parents will be contributing to the making of a whole new healthy generation, which may be the best in the world. So are you ready to serve it right!

Next time you order that burger with extra cheese, bite into that Pizza or sip a canned juice, think again. You may be letting open a flush gate of unwellness's

Zeolite : A solution of good health

Now a day, Health has become one of the major worries. Earlier humans used to hunt down for their living, due to which their body had to pass through a lot of physical exercise. This made them a life active and alert. Now, life has become more simple-minded and prosperous. Everything we need is just a phone call away. This easy life has limited humans to do that bit of physical exercise which is required to keep the body fit and healthy. Here I think that is the reason and need of healthy living residing.

Yeah! I have just briefing here with the term toxin that our body is witness of it.

Guys, all you are heard about it that we must remove toxic substances from the body; it means, one can undergoes with detoxification process to get alternative health. Well, but the question is remains at its place. How to get ride of such condition? Is it there any sort of solution? Off course, here is only one solution named Zelolite. This product is also known as dietary supplements and can be used for detoxification. It is not only an organic pure Zeolite powder but also helps you to cut down your weight too.

Kids, please do not habitual with Fast Food..!!!

Dear kids, how many of you very well know about diseases if one can habitual with Fast Food? In simpler manner, it brings into existence the disease. Burgers, Pizzas, Grilled Sandwiches, Chicken Rolls, Cakes, Pastries, French Fries, Brownies, Pav Bhaji, Samosa, etc. are high in white flour (maida), sugar and hydrogenated fat.

Eating such foods immoderately over a period of time makes all, especially the children, unwell in a habitual and longstanding manner. These foods are low in any substance that can be metabolized by an organism to give energy and build tissue. Children eating up such foods get undernourished because the body needs more nutrients during their growth or development phase, but fail to get the same as children continue to support oneself on a diet of fast foods.

If the body is unable to meet its urgent or peremptory request of nutrients, the immune system (resistant power) gets influenced or affected and the child gets lying face downward to frequent colds, allergies, asthma, boils on the body, acne, premature graying of hair, irregular menstrual cycle in girls, low energy levels, difficulty in concentration, poor performance in school, excessive hunger, constipation, mood swings, depression, botheration behavior – and the list is endless.

A body with a depressed or low in spirits immune system can be compared to a country with a weak military force. The enemy can come in easily and reside, thus leading to many serious degenerative or chronic problems.

So, all the kids are requested to please do not habitual with bad things like Fast Food. And all dear parents, please look into the matter seriously as early as possible before your loved one is caught by the coming diseases. So, Pleeeeeeeeeeese... do not habitual with Fast Food...!!!

If someone afflicted at home (घरात जर कुणी आजारी असेल तर )

आपल्या कुटुंबात किंवा घरामध्ये जेव्हा कुणी आजारी पड़ते तेव्हा त्यांच्या बाबतितला काही घरातील लोकांचा उपेक्षित असा दृष्टिकोण असतो, त्यांना असे वाटते की आजारी पडणा-याने काही अपराध केला आहे. लहान कुटुंबामध्ये आणि नौकरी करणा-या कुटुंबामध्ये तर कुटुंबातिल एखाद्याचे आजारीपण हा ज्वलंत प्रश्न असतो. खरेतर कुणीही आपल्या मर्जीनुसार आजारी पडत नसतो ना त्यांना आजारी पडण्याचा शौक असतो. जर तुमच्याबरोबर हा प्रकार होत असेल तर तुम्ही

. स्वत: घाबरून जाऊ नका; आणि आजारी व्यक्तीला सुद्धा त्याचे भय वाटू देऊ नका. त्यांना दिलासा दया आणि लगेच डाँक्टरला दाखवा. -याच वेळेस थोड्याश्या उपेक्षेमुळे गंभीर परिणामाना सामोरे जावे लागते. तुम्ही जर रोगी माणसास डॉक्टर कड़े घेउन जाऊ शकत असाल तर जरूर घेउन जा किंवा त्याना घरी बोलाउन घ्या. तुम्ही कितीही जरी बुद्धिमान असाल तरी स्वत: डॉक्टर बनून त्यांचा इलाज करू नका. रोग्यानीही हे लक्षात ठेवावे की जर घरच्या लोकानी त्यांच्या मर्जीनुसार जर औषध दिले तरी ते घेऊ नये. डाँक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यानुसारच औषध घेणे हितकारक ठरते. आपण आपल्या नौकरीचा मोह करतो परंतु आजारी पणात आपल्या घरातील रोगी माणसांकडून तो आजारी असताना नौकरीचा मोह धरु नका. अर्थात रोग्यास त्वरित इलाज देण्याचा प्रयत्न करा.

. महिलावर्ग या अशा वेळेस सर्वात जास्त तणावात असतात; कुटुंब-मुले आणि वरून आजारी सदस्य. अशा वेळेस घरातील कुणीही एका महिलेने आजारी माणसाची काळजी घेण्याचे तसेच रोग्यास साह्हाय करण्याची जबाबदारी घेण्याचे उत्तरदायित्व पार पाडावयास हवे जेणेकरुन दूसरी मुलांचा सांभाळ करू शकेल. मुलाना रोग्यापासून दूर ठेवावे.

. जेव्हा जेव्हा आजारी माणसाची सेवा करावयाची असल्यास, त्यांना औषधि द्यायची असल्यास आपले नाक रुमालाने झाकून घ्यावे; असे करण्याने आजारी व्यक्तीला वाईट वाटावयास नको की त्याच्या जवळ येणारा सदस्य अशा रुपात समोर यावा. हा एक सुरक्षित उपाय आहे.

. जर तुमच्या कुटुंबातिल सदस्य हां गंभीर आजाराचा शिकार झालेला असेल आणि तुमची आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नसेल तर त्वरीत चँरीटेबल ट्रस्ट शी संपर्क साधावा. संस्थेला आजारी व्यक्तिचे सर्व पपेर्स दाखवा यामुळे मदद मिळण्यास सोंपे जाइल. मोफत मदद घेण्यात स्वत:चा कमीपणा मानु नका कारण इथे प्रश्न आहे तो एका जिवाच्या जगण्यामरण्याचा.
